Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Can I exchange my massager for a different color?
The fastest way to get a different color is to return your current item and place a new order for your preferred color once the return is accepted.
