Usage & Care

How do I clean my Zyra pillow?

For pillows with removable covers:

  • Remove the cover and machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
  • Spot clean the memory foam core with a damp cloth—do not submerge

For the Waterproof Blanket: Machine washable on gentle cycle, tumble dry low.

How long do Zyra products last?

With proper care, our memory foam pillows maintain their shape and support for 2-3 years. All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Can I use the cervical pillow if I have neck pain?

Many customers find relief from neck tension and alignment issues with our cervical pillow. However, if you have chronic pain or medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

Is the Waterproof Blanket really leak-proof?

Yes! The blanket features an internal 100% waterproof barrier that protects against liquids, oils, and lotions while maintaining a soft, premium feel on both sides.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in original condition—unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process.

Can I exchange for a different firmness or color?

The fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order for your preferred option once the return is accepted.
